Inside the Execution Plan
Every section carries a named owner, its own re-plan triggers, and figures labelled sourced, derived or illustrative. Statutory tables — welfare ratios, waste classification, movement caps — are completed per jurisdiction before issue.

Every engagement is a fixed fee, quoted in writing before any work begins. Figures in every plan are labelled statutory, observed or assumed, with source and date; dates derived from them are forecasts at a stated confidence, not a warranty of outcome. Client data is held in confidence under the client's own NDA and is never reused, quoted or carried across to another engagement. Demonstration material is built from the public record or from synthetic data and says which. Nothing here is planning, legal or engineering advice; where a measure needs consent, that is flagged as "planning advice required". Contracts are governed by the law of Ireland.
